Organisational psychologist working with
organisations, teams and individuals

Practising as a registered psychologist, I create space for people to be seen and feel heard.

I am deeply curious about the human condition - especially ‘humans at work’. Part of my job is to study other peoples’ jobs: how do individuals operate, perform and thrive within groups and systems?

I enjoy solving subtle and complex problems, and offer support using a holistic and multidisciplinary methodology.

As a scientist-practitioner and researcher, I am very intentional in the way I combine data-driven insights with a heart-felt sensibility. Originally trained in the law, my professional practice is interdisciplinary, innovative and differentiated. A blended background informs my unique approach towards consulting, coaching, facilitation and building a sense of developmental community.
